"What first drew me to the Frey Wine Club was their commitment to organic and Biodynamic growing methods.

The wine is as natural as it gets, containing zero added sulfites, plus it’s rich, complex, and true to the varietals. My favorite club event is the Biodynamic farm tour: a short hike to visit the pollinator gardens and newborn goats, live folk music, a delicious and all-organic repast, and a warm, generous atmosphere. This is just a taste of the many wonderful experiences I’ve had with the Frey Family and I’m glad to be a part of it!"

FAQ

  • There is no membership fee to join and no cancellation fee. Just excellent discounts!

  • 20%-30% off Frey wine and special pricing on event tickets. We also send exclusive email offers to club members. These offers typically include extra discounts on wines and discounted shipping offers.

  • Our clubs are processed three times a year in April, September, and November. The date of signup will determine when you are charged and when you will receive your first club selection. We typically offer a club selection for 30 days beyond when the current shipment is released.

  • Yes. We charge your credit card on a Monday and ship the wines the following Monday. For most of the West Coast, wine releases are delivered 1 to 2 days later. For East Coast addresses, wine selections are delivered in 5-10 business days. When your club is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. After we charge your credit card, we will email you and notify you when your wines will be ready for pickup with an invitation to our release party. A deadline of 30 days for pickup will be noted in the email as well. If your wine is not picked during the timeframe stated, the wines will be shipped to you and the credit card on file will be charged for shipping.

  • Yes, the federal government requires that someone 21 or older, with a government-issued identification, be present to sign for any package containing alcohol. You may ship to a home address but we strongly recommend shipping to a business address where someone will be available to sign for the package.

  • We are happy to work with your schedule. Please take note of our club’s shipping schedule and alert us as soon as possible if you will not be available to receive your shipment. If you contact us after the order has already been packed, we do have the ability to redirect, recall, or hold a shipment (although a fee could be charged for these requests).

  • Yes, we allow our members to skip one shipment per membership. You also can request a hold on your account for a shipment or season. We can also work with you to delay a shipment to accommodate your schedule.   • Yes, we will gladly add wines to your club order! If you add wines, it will actually save you a bit on shipping and you have the opportunity to receive an even deeper discount. New Moon members receive 25% off any extra bottles filling out a case: Full Moon members receive 30% off.

    To order additional bottles, log in to your account on our new website, navigate to Club Memberships, and click on Edit Wines. From there, you'll be able to add on any available wines to your club shipment. The discount registers once you reach 12 bottles. There's no maximum for how many bottles you add. You can also email or call us at 800.760.3739 and we'd be happy to help.

  • We customize each wine club order based on our currently available selections. These options are the club selections and cannot be changed, although you can specify reds, whites, or Biodynamic club choices for your order. You are always welcome to add our other wines to your shipment on top of the club order. 

  • You may update your information in your online account or over the phone with our Wine Club Manager, Alyssa Roberts 800-760-3739.

  • Yes! We have exclusive club member events such as release parties. You are always welcome to bring a guest when you attend. Please visit our events page to see our upcoming events.
